Tablet dedusting with metal check

The “DT” Dust Tight model reduces the operator’s exposure to product and dust contamination in the production room. Dust Tight systems are modularly upgradable to “C” Containment and “HC” High Containment washable solutions.

The “C” Containment model is used for toxic products to avoid operator and production room contamination. The “C” Containment system is modularly upgradable to “HC” High Containment ≤OEB5 and washable.

The “HC” High Containment unit is used for highly toxic drugs preventing any contact with the operator and the production room. This equipment is intended to be connected with any tablet press, as a WIP – washing in place or a WOL – washing off line solution.

This model is our entry point in the range of deduster with metal check. The system does not have any containment features and is available in 3 different elevation heights: 250 – 500 – 750 mm.

Designed for efficiency and usability, the NutraFlex is a straightforward solution for tablet dedusting.
It can be combined with a metal detector and a drum loading system.
