The ECE is a plug-and-play option that cleans up all broken and empty capsules from the batch in order to improve the downstream packaging process. It is easily combinable with any capsule polisher from our different ranges.

Flex Connect is an FDA-approved silicone pipe that enables quick and easy connection to process equipment without using a tri-clamp.

Our patented Autocheck system automatically and continuously tests the good functionality of your metal check process. The system inserts the three test pieces (stainless steel, ferrous, and non-ferrous) into the metal check head at regularly specified time intervals. In case of metal check non-conformity, the machine will stop and generate an alarm signal. All Information is registered in the machine audit trail report.

The sampling gate can be installed before or after the dedusting/polishing process. This allows to automatize the sampling procedure.

The Clip & Cut is a technology used to disconnect products from equipment or separate two parts of equipment, in a containment or high-containment setting. It also allows you to make LDPA bags of samples. 

The manual 2-ways diverter is used to distribute the product into 2 drums/containers. Mainly developed to be installed on non-HMI equipped machines, this inexpensive efficient solution will allow you more autonomy in your production. Developed as a “DT” Dust Tight solution it reduce operator’s contact with the products.

The automatic diverter is used to distribute the product into 2 or 4 drums according to the quantity of product produced, or alternatively according to the weight produced using scales.

The Euro Pallet System (EPS) allows products to be distributed into up to 12 drums according to the quantity produced, as preset by the tablet press counter, volumetric sensor, or weighing system.

A quarantine buffering hopper can be installed between the tablet press and a large container on our iSeries machines to ensure quality of products.
