Short for PHARMA TEChnology “Innovation”, PHARMA TEChnology PT – iSeries range consists in a 316L segmented stainless steel tablets Capsules Deduster. “Stackable” 275 mm dedusting modules allow easy dismantling, cleaning and validation.
A self-regulating vibrating base with accelerometer, making it unnecessary to adjust gaps of springs on the unit’s base when changing the deduster’s tower height, or when transitioning from one product to another. This universal spiral can handle any size of tablets at a very hi-speed. An innovative vacuum in conjunction with an air jet technology allow a higher dedusting performance.
4 different conveying heights are available from 500 mm to 1250mm. A modular axle permits side dismantling of the segments. Optional deburring modules are available on request. PT includes “dust tight” cover features to reduce operator exposure to the product and the quantity of dust contamination in the production room.
