A unique tablet press lubrication system that continuously sprays dry lubricant onto tablet press punch tips and die walls, iSpray delivers a consistent, verifiable amount of dry lubricant onto the tablet outer surface.

The iSort is a new tablet sorting device designed to increase packaging line efficiency by separating defective products (breakage/capping/twin) from good products before entering the blister line.

The “HC” High Containment unit is used for highly toxic drugs preventing any contact with the operator and the production room. This equipment is foreseen to be connected with any tablet press as a WIP – washing in place or a WOL – washing off line solution.

The “DT” Dust Tight model reduces operator exposure to the product and dust contamination in the production room. Dust Tight systems are modularly upgradable to “C” Containment and “HC” High Containment washable solutions.

The “C” Containment model is used for toxic products avoiding operator and production room contamination. The “C” Containment system is modularly upgradable to “HC” High Containment ≤OEB5, washable.
