The T/CVIS-NSR Viswill inspection machines automatically inspect 360° of the tablets and capsules surfaces at the speed of up to 300.000 tablets/hour and 125.000 capsules/hour. The products are held in a reproducible position by a vacuum conveying belt and inspected by the cameras.
The machine is controlled via a user-friendly graphical interface, providing simple operation and training for the inspection of new products. The active sorting system with sorting ensures that any defective product is fail-safe rejected.
