The “C” Containment model is used for toxic products avoiding operator and production room contamination. The “C” 4 parameters tester is a new generation of automatic tablet testing system for integrated in process control (IPC). Intended for use as a stand alone equipment with its own HMI or in combination with an upward conveying tablet deduster, the module offers premium analysis capabilities in testing tablets weight, thickness, hardness and length/diameter. The stainless steel segments are ideal for microtabs and effervescent tablets.
PTC – iSeries C machine allow to warranty an ≤OEB4 Containment level. A unique patented metal check system “Flex Connect” warranties a completely closed “Dust Tight” transfert from the deduster to drum without using tri-clamp solution. A clever system allows to introduce test samples inside the metal check head without any product contact between operator and product. A pressure decay system permits to verify that the unit is perfectly tight before to start manufacturing. This self test system will vacuum the entire unit and verifies that there is no leakage in the entire system.
A continuous pressure monitoring verifies that the inside of the equipment is always under a negative pressure that avoids dust particules to escape in the production room. In case of limit achievement, the system will automatically change valves status to create a fail safe situation for the operator.
