The “DT” Dust Tight model reduces operator exposure to the product and dust contamination in the production room. Dust Tight systems are modularly upgradable to “C” Containment and High Containment washable solutions.
The stainless steel segments are ideal for microtabs and effervescent tablets.
Our unique patented metal check system Flex Connect guarantees a completely closed Dust Tight transfert from the deduster to drum without using tri-clamp solution.
The unit is likely equipped with a metal particles detector. Three different detectors are available per customer’s choice: Lock, Ceia, Safeline. As metal particles detectors are sensitive to vibrations, the vibrating parts of the deduster are isolated from the steady parts by our Flex Connect components. This allows reaching an optimal accuracy such as a spherical 316L Stainless Steel part of 0,4 mm in the products. A clever system allows to introduce test samples inside the metal check head without any product contact between operator and product.
The control of the metal check parameters is monitored through an integration of original software of the metal check supplier inside the central machine HMI.
4 different conveying dedusting heights are available from 500 mm to 1250mm.
Thanks to a sophisticate engineering, this Dust Tight unit can be easily transformed into a “C” Containment or “HC” High Containment and washable execution.
