The “C” Containment model is used for toxic products avoiding operator and production room contamination. The “C” 4 parameters tester is a new generation of automatic tablet testing system for integrated in process control (IPC). Intended for use as a stand alone equipment with its own HMI or in combination with an upward conveying tablet deduster, the module offers premium analysis capabilities in testing tablets weight, thickness, hardness and length/diameter.
This “C” Containtment version is available in 5 different heights from 500 mm to 1500mm. Our unique patented metal check system Flex Connect guarantees a completely closed Contained transfert from the deduster to drum without using tri-clamp solution. A pressure monitoring and failsafe security valves protect the operator in case of hazardous situation. A clever system allows to introduce test samples inside the metal check head without any product contact between operator and product. The control of the metal check parameters is monitored through an integration of original software of the metal check supplier inside the central machine HMI.
