“OA” Open Air – eTec tablet deduster with 316L Stainless Steel segment

Thanks to stepless vibration, the vertical spiral enables an ascending movement of the tablets. The 316L Stainless Steel spiral is made by welding. This equipment uses a new principle of dust extraction, immediately separating any powder excess during the dedusting process in conjunction with some tablet air jet. Only 30 seconds are necessary between products inlet and products outlet to provide a excellent dedusting/deburring quality. The 5 robust segments of the elevation spiral have very high throughput capacity and dedusting efficiency eFlex can follow most of the Hi-speed tablet press. Standardization and cost efficient engineering allows us to keep cost down. Nevertheless, the unit uses the most efficient patented technology, and the highest GMP standards. The easy dismantling allows fast cleaning, easy cleaning validation and maintenance without tools.
