The eCaps is based on a new generation of modular segments of 400mm.Each section includes a patented rotational brush, specifically designed to elevate, dedust, and polish any size and shape of capsules, from 000 to 5. The modular design offers 3 different conveying heights: 1000 – 1400 – 1800mm and interchangeability between each polishing segment.

The patented technology combines a homogeneous vacuum flow on one side, which provides very high polishing performances, and a unique aspiration window design on the other, to ensure complete emptying of any type of capsule shape. Utmost care has been taken to simplify the design in order to reduce the number of parts to be assembled and disassembled and to eliminate the need for tooling. 

The metal detector ensures optimal accuracy such as spherical 316L stainless steel part of 0,4 mm in the products. A high-speed rejection mechanism instantly rejects non-compliant products. Three different detectors are available: Ceia, Lock, and Safeline. The construction of this special frame allows to save space in the production room and reduces the retention areas. The ECE feature, short for Empty Capsules Eliminator, guarantees 100% production without empty capsules.
